Art Therapy utilises psychotherapy, art and play to help facilitate growth and change. Art Therapy is an effective tool to help anxiety, depression, trauma related symptoms as well as process grief and loss. Art Therapy can also be a release for those that are experiencing stress or are feeling stuck in life. 

When words are hard to find we can communicate and express ourselves in other ways - making meaning.

I am privileged to work with a range of people of all ages & abilities who have experienced crisis & homelessness, domestic and family violence, trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self esteem and in need of wellbeing. Clients are always at the centre of the work and I bring a strengths based, humanistic, positive psychology to a calm, caring and nurturing space.
